All full time employees are eligible after 6 months of employment
Enrollment dates of January 1st and July 1st
Company contributes 100% match to 3% and 50% match up to 5% of employee's salary
Comp Time
0-12 months of employment, 10 days accrued at 3.08 hours every 2 weeks
1-4 years of employment, 15 days accrued at 4.62 hours every 2 weeks
5-19 years of employment, 20 days accrued at 6.16 hours every 2 weeks
20 years of employment, 25 days accrued at 7.70 hours every 2 weeks
*Comp time is used for vacation, sick, and personal days off.
Tuition Reimbursement
Graduate and Undergraduate for full time employees
Courses must be directly related to assigned duties at G2 and approved by Principal
12 month employment period prior to eligibility
50% reimbursement upon registration for courses, 50% reimbursement upon completion of course with grade of 2.0 or better
Up to 3 courses per year or a maximum of 12 semester credit hours
If voluntary termination of employment occurs within 12 months of a tuition reimbursement payment, G2 requires repayment to G2 of that tuition reimbursement payment
Bonus Plan
It is the policy of our firm to provide an incentive compensation program in which staff are eligible for periodic bonus payments. Bonus pools are based on the profitability of the firm along with other factors which include but are not limited to company profitability, group performance, individual performance and effort. Bonuses are generally given but not limited to the winter holiday season.
